Why Work With Us
Bertha Maria Rodriguez, was born in the Dominican Republic. She always knew that she wanted to be a lawyer and fight for people's rights. This is why after graduating from John Jay College with a Bachelor's in Criminal Justice, she pursued her law degree from Albany Law School. Ms. Rodriguez graduated from Albany Law School in December of 2010. Since then, she has been helping individuals that would not otherwise have access to legal counsel. First, helping low income New Jersey Residents in housing, benefits and social security matters. Then, upon her return to New York, she focused primarily in assisting low income individuals with Family Court matters and family based immigration. Ms. Rodriguez is an active volunteer with nonprofits around the Westchester, Putnam and surrounding communities focusing on the immigrant population. A very committed advocate during life's toughest times.
